Megan Tobias Neely is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Stanford University’s VMWare Women’s Leadership Innovation Lab and a Diversity and Inclusion Researcher at Exponential Talent. Megan earned a PhD in sociology at the University of Texas at Austin. Her research examines gender, race, and social class inequality in workplaces and labor markets with a focus on the financial and technology sectors.
