Three business/management school professors discuss their research about the consequences of "demographic diversity" being supplanted "by a new concept centered on experiential or cognitive differences." In short, they argue that "while experiential breadth is clearly important, recent definitional broadening of diversity overlooks the many unique advantages afforded by talented women and other underrepresented minorities."
